If I go to work, live on a budget, and see your need; if I give you money to cover your need, understand that it is just money. In good health and a robust economy, I can potentially make more money. Depending on how much I am willing to work, I can make tons of money.
If, on the other hand, I spend time with you, I will never be able to make more time. Time is the one commodity that is in limited supply and we really don't know how much is allotted to each of us. You may have more time than do I. It is more precious than gold or precious gems. If I spend my time helping you or visiting with you, know that you are valued immensely.
